Ahmed Aly

I am a Research Engineer at the BioMedIA Lab at MBZUAI, where I work on echocardiography foundation models under Prof. Mohammad Yaqub.

I hold an MSc in Computer Vision from MBZUAI. Alongside my research, I am a co-founder of Koralyze AI, a football analytics startup that generates player tracking and event data directly from broadcast footage, and work part-time as a Machine Learning Engineer at Labib AI on edge AI and healthcare applications.

Looking forward, I aim to keep building the next generation of medical foundation models and deployable AI systems for patient care.
